I’ve personally been tested to my limits with PCOS, Type 2 Diabetes, thyroid issues and Lupus. So I get it — and that's exactly why I'm passionate about helping you find your path to a healthier, happier life.
Navigating the maze of modern medicine led me to discover the limitations of a 'pill-for-every-ill' approach. Instead, I focus holistically using functional medicine approaches that harness your body's innate healing capabilities. Leveraging deep insights into dietary and lifestyle changes, I've not only reversed my own type 2 diabetes but also effectively manage my autoimmune issues. I still have a little more to achieve in my own health journey, but as I evolve, I aim to share the strength gained from my struggles to empower you.

Prior to my nutrition/lifestyle plan, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, weight management, dietary choices and sleep issues. I felt tired all the time and constantly lacked energy.
